Happy New Year and welcome to Strands of Bliss! This may be the start of my blog, but I am no stranger to eating and photographing noodles. Strands of Bliss was born in July of 2013 on Instagram after much encouragement from friends and colleagues to share my (slightly overboard) obsession for noodles.
Now it seems only natural to create a blog solely dedicated to noodles. Here, I hope to share my passion with fellow noodle fans and foodies by sharing everything from restaurant reviews to exploring recipes. Stay tuned for exciting things to come!
